This pull request resolves #73 by introducing the following CMake options:
MUSEN_BUILD_TESTSfor building test targets, disabled by default, replacing theBUILD_TESTINGoption.MUSEN_BUILD_EXAMPLESfor building example targets, disabled by default.MUSEN_ENABLE_INSTALLfor enabling target installation, enabled by default if it is not a subproject.It also bumps the minimum CMake version to 3.21 because of the introduction of the
PROJECT_IS_TOP_LEVELvariable.
